Join us for a weekend of your favorite Hatch Chiles, local artist pop-up market, live entertainment and exclusive menus & drinks. We are going all out this year and expanding our beloved Chile roast into a fun and local festival to help support our community!

Buy your roasted Hatch Chiles by the pound so you can create your favorite recipes, sauces or whatever your heart desires. Since we have a limited amount of Hatch Chiles, we will be offering PRE-SALE so you can secure your Chiles and come by and pick them up Oct 14th or 15th.
